Amends, inter alia, Labor Code rephrasing para 1 of article 256 (Serving members of the armed forces and law enforcement officers); also amends Law on Citizenship introducing new wording to article 17 (Reasons for refusal to grant citizenship), article 20 (Leaving citizenship), article 34 (Conclusions for applications on the issues of citizenship).
Repeals Law of 5 December 1995 Republican Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Vedomosti Verkhovnogo Soveta Respubliki Kazakhstan, 1995, No.22, p. 139).
