| Résumé/Citation: | Amends a number of legislative texts including the Labour Code introducing new wording to para 1 of article 26 (restrictions of concluding employment contract) and supplementing it with para 1-1 prohibiting the conclusion of employment contract by an employer with more than five labor migrants at the same time for works at home; also rephrasing para 1 of article 29 (duration of employment contract) and supplementing it with subparagraph 6 concerning the official permission to use foreign labor force, changing the wording of articles 31 (documents needed to conclude employment contract), 214 (peculiarities of conclusion and termination of employment contract with workers at home). |
