Regulates basic minimum wage, rations, hours of work, overtime, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, compassionate leave, retirement age (60 years), payment of severance allowance, continuous service, paid public holidays, rest day, casual work, transport arrangement, uniforms, inclement weather (field workers only), and training period. Repeals the Regulation of Wages (Hotel and Catering Trades) Order, 2011 (L.N. No. 137 of 2011).
