Résumé/Citation: Article No. 1: "Without prejudice to any better benefit for the employee, the minimum annual allowance will be 3% of the basic salaries, to be eligible from January 1 each year."

In order to be eligible for the allowance, the employee should have spent at least six months of service with the employer and should not have received 'poor' performance in his annual
report.
