Amends section 8a ss.2, section 12 ss.8a and 8b, chapter 7 (title), section 79 ss.2 and ss.3, section 83a-83e and section 132 and section 134 ss.2 concerning various in regulations related to benefit amounts from public insurance funds and public pension funds. Section 8a ss.2 as amended by Act 250/2002, section 12 ss.8a and ss.8b as amended by Act 420/2003, chapter 7 (title) section 48a as amended by Act 1322/1997, section 79 ss.2 as amended by Act 84/1999, section 83a as amended by Act 1322/1997, 84/1999 and Act 250/2002, section 83b, as amended by Act 392/2006 and Act 1123/2006, section 83c and 83e as amended by Act 1123/2006, section 83d as amended by Act 1123/2006 and Act 223/2011, section 132 as amended by Act 420/2003, Act 1324/2004 and Act 252/2006, section 134 ss.2 as amended by Act 252/2006.

Introduces to the Act a new section 83u concerning insurance premiums, technical provisions and solvency capital.
