Résumé/Citation: The employee is entitled to 6 days urgent leave with full pay throughout the year according to the following conditions:
1. the absence from work is due to an emergency (force majeure);
2. the leave does not exceed two days each time;
3. the employee provides the employer with proof of the emergency;
4. The employee must inform the employer of the emergency as soon as it occurs.
