| Résumé/Citation: | Amends article 12 (4) ss.2b (expulsion), article 14 (2) (exception from permanent entry ban when the foreigner has children in Norway), article 14 (3) (interuption of the five-year regulation), article 17 (14) (determination of deadline) in the Immigration Ordinance (No. 1286 of 2009). Introduces a new ss.2 to article 14 (2) (travel restrictions) whereas the present article 14 (2), (3) and (4) becomes new (3), (4) and (5), a new ss. 3 to article 14 (5) (advance notice of expulsion), a new (14a) to article 17 (obligation to leave the country) and and a new (12a) to article 18 (immigration housing) in the Immigration Ordinance (No. 1286 of 2009). Introduces a new ss.3 and ss.4 to article 4 (families in detention pending deportation) and a new article 18a (visits from organizations and agencies) in the Immigration Center Ordinance (No. 1890 of 2009). |
