Abstract/Citation
Introduces 4 chapters containing the following 12 articles:
Articles 1-3: Scope and definitions.
Articles 4-5: Employers' obligation to provide occupational health service checks and to submit plans and yearly reports on occupational safety and health.
Articles 6-7: Duty and demands for obtaining approval by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority to conduct occupational health service checks.
Article 8-12: Duration of approval; complaints; sanctions; transitional measures and entry into force.
