The amendments of the Regulations concern the close season for lobsters. The close season now runs from 1 May to 31 August. "Sale of lobsters is prohibited during the period of a closed season for lobsters except that during the first thirty days of that period hotels and restaurants may sell lobsters purchased before the commencement of the closed season".
