Section 3 p. 12 and 13 as amended by Act 392/2006 and section 11 (1) p. 2 as amended by Act 84/1999. Introduces to section 3 (as amended by Act 287/2000 and Act 392/2006) a new p. 14 (biometric risk) and to the Act a new section 83s and a new section 83T (insurance, technical provisions and working capital). |
