Chapter 1 section 6 (1) as amended by Act 1278/2006, chapter 2 section 5 (3) as amended by Act 14/2007, chapter 5 section 3 (3) and section 7 (2) as amended by Act 462/2006 .

Introduces to chapter 2 a new section 5a, to chapter 9 section 5 a new (4) and to chapter 14 a new section 2a.
