Abstract/Citation
Amends section 1, p. 10 in chapter 10, section 2 (1) and section 16, section 1 (1), p. 7 in chapter 19 and section 3a in chapter 21, as amended by Act 421/1995.
Introduces a new chapter 10a, a new section 3c to chapter 21 and a new section 8 to chapter 22. The Act regulates topics concerning the issue of oil pollution.
