Abstract/Citation

Amends, inter alia, para 14 and 21 of the article 23 of the Labour Code by introducing changes in wording regulating the duties and rights of the employer, issues related to employee's insurance and compensation in case of occupational accident at work. Introduces minor changes in the wording of article 550 (Bodies of the State Labour Inspection) of the Code of Administrative Infractions clarifying issues of Labour Inspection's competences in examining cases of administrative infractions.
