Abstract/Citation
Makes provision for and in connection with the regulation and registration of small enterprises and handicraft enterprises, the establishment of the Small Enterprises and Handicraft Development Authority, the taking over by the Authority of the functions of the National Handicraft and Promotion Agency and the Small and Medium Industries Development Organisation. Repeals the National Handicraft Promotion Agency Act; the Small and Medium Industries Development Organisation Act; and Part VIII of the Industrial Expansion Act.
