Abstract/Citation
Makes amendments to the Working Conditions Act including the establishment of tailor-made rules in enterprises. Employers and employees can now consult with each other before laying down agreements for safety and health in the workplace. Gives the Labour Inspectorate more powers to take firmer action if these rules are abused.
