| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Social Welfare Act 2006 and the Consolidated Act of 2005 by providing new rates for social insurance benefits, social assistance payments and the family income supplement. The widowed parent grant is also increased as is earnings limit and the income ceiling for employment and optional contributions. Also makes amendments to the Health Contributions Act 1979 section 7A with respect to increasing benefits. |
