| Résumé/Citation: | In accordance with point 19 of article 16 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan approves the list of works prohibited for use of the labour of persons under the age of 18. Also provides for the maximum norms for the moving and carrying of heavy items for persons under the age of 18. Repeals the previous Ordinance No. 45 of 15 November 2005 of the Ministry of Labour and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. |
