Second Region

Provides for the establishment of the tripartite Consultative Council for Work. The Council provides advice concerning: draft laws on work relationships and ratification of international conventions; methods to avert collective labour disputes and to enhance cooperation between workers' organisations and employers' organisations; vocational and productive relations; and proposals made by the Minister of Manpower concerning work relations. Sets forth the structure of the Council and deals with various administrative details.
