| Résumé/Citation: | Made under Merchant Shipping Act 1995. Sets forth rights and obligations regarding working time. Provides for maximum weekly working time. Worker's working time, including overtime, shall not exceed an average of 48 hours for each seven days. Also makes provision for rest periods, health assessment and transfer of night workers to day work, pattern of work, entitlement to annual leave and payment for leave, as well as several related matters. |
