Contains four chapters and 21 sections concerning, i.a., the competence and organisation of the Labour Council (ch.1), the opinions of the Labour Council (ch. 2), certain authorisation to exceptions in the field of labour protection etc. (ch. 3), and special rules (ch. 4). Repeals Act (No. 608 of 1946) respecting the Labour Council and exceptions relating to labour protection.
