Made under Royal Brunei Police Force Act. Provides for establishment, functions and powers of Police Commission under section 44 of the Act. Commission shall be responsible for determining matters relating to appointment, promotion, transfer, dismissal, interdiction, suspension and disciplinary control of all senior police officers as provided for under section 8 of the Act.
