Résumé/Citation: The consolidation of the Ordinance (No. 56 of 2003) respecting pension and group life insurance for certain employees with non-State employment includes amending texts through November 2012 (including Ordinance 2003:856, Ordinance 2004:381, Ordinance 2005:170, Ordinance 2010:559, Ordinance 2010:1722, Ordinance 2012:695). The consolidated text includes various amendments.

Contains 10 sections covering, inter alia: scope of application, pension ages, pensionable salary, employment duration, old age benefit, coordination with other pension benefits and three annexes concerning lists of non-public employments, and different pension ages according to employment.
