Makes miscellaneous amendments to Sections 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, as well as first, second and fifth schedule of Labour Relations and Industrial Disputes Act. Extends definition of "industrial dispute" to include "any matter relating to bargaining rights on behalf of any worker". Provides for recognition of trade union by employer without ballot being taken. Makes provision for reference of dispute of disciplinary nature by Minister to Tribunal. Also deals with several other matters.
