| Résumé/Citation: | Amends and extends Social Welfare Acts 1996, 1999, 2000 and 2001. Provides for increases in unemployment benefit, disability benefit, health and safety benefit, injury benefit, disablement gratuity, carer's benefit, retirement pension, invalidity pension, disablement pension, death benefit, old age (contributory) pension, widow's and widower's (contributory) pension, orphan's (contributory) allowance, and bereavement grant. Also makes provision for new weekly rates of family income supplement. |
