| Résumé/Citation: | Applies Parts I and II of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 as law of the Falkland Islands in place of Part I of the Merchant Shipping Act 1894. Makes provision for form in which provisions of the 1995 Act shall have effect in the Falkland Islands, Falkland Islands registration, form in which sections 259 to 266 of the 1995 Act shall have effect in the Falkland Islands, form in which Section 313 of the 1995 Act shall have effect in the Falkland Islands, and form in which Schedule 1 to the 1995 Act shall apply to the Falkland Islands. Repeals Merchant Shipping (Registry) Ordinance and Merchant Shipping (Transfer of Functions) Ordinance. |
