Second Region

Amends Employment Ordinance. Provides for prohibition against termination, otherwise than in accordance with Section 9, of continuous contract of employment of pregnant employees or employees on sick leave in respect of which sickness allowance is payable. Also makes technical amendments to Women and Young Persons (Industry) Regulations.
