Abstract/Citation
Sets forth time for decisions in matters regarding the following laws: the General Law on Childrens' Compensation, the General Law on Survivors, the General Law on Elderly People, the Coordination Law on Social Insurances, the Introduction Law on the Revision of the System for Social Security, the Organisation Law on Social Insurances 1997, the Law on Fees, the Unemployment Act, the Law on Disability of Independent People, the Law on the Provision for Disabled Young People, the Law on the Disability Insurance, the Law on the (Re)Integration of Disabled People, the Law on the Premium System in case of Marginal Labour, as well as the Sickness Act.
