| Résumé/Citation: | Amends and extends Social Welfare Acts and Section 7A of the Health Contributions Act, 1979. Provides for increases in social insurance benefits, social assistance payments, family income supplement, employment contributions, self-employment contributions, optional contributions and voluntary contributions. Also improves several social welfare schemes, such as maternity and adoptive benefits, respite care grant, island allowance, disability allowance, living alone allowance, carer's benefit, and constant attendance allowance. |
