Contains 32 sections covering, inter alia, objectives (measures for long-term unemployed persons to improve their possibilities to find a job), definitions, scope of application (conditions to benefit from the activities), relation to other legislation, elaboration of working plans between the authorities and concerned job seekers, content of working plans, duty for job seeker to participate in the elaboration of the working plan, legal effect of the working plans, benefits and compensation, refusal and interruption of working plans and consequences thereof, conditions upon work activities for rehabilitation purposes (i.e., protection at work and insurance against occupational hazards), financial rules and miscellaneous provisions.
