| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for the imposition of a levy on employers, in respect of certain employees, to be known as the National Training Fund Levy, which is to be used to raise skills amongst those in, or seeking, employment. Also makes provision for the establishment and administration of a Fund in respect of that levy. Finally, repeals the Industrial Training (Apprenticeship Levy) Act, 1994, and certain sections of the Industrial Training Act, 1967. |
