Abstract/Citation
Prescribes the method of assessment of earnings from insurable employment for the purpose of determining entitlement to Farm Assist; amends existing provisions relating to assessment of earnings from insurable employment for the purpose of Unemployment Assistance by specifying deductions allowable from gross earnings; outlines the method of assessment of a spouse's earnings from insurable employment for the purpose of Farm Assist and Unemployment Assistance and Retirement Allowance; and extends the existing claim, payment and overlapping benefit provisions to Farm Assist.
