Determines in which cases labour dismissal shall be prohibited (Section 4). Makes provision for settlement of labour dismissal in companies and by mediation (Chapter II), settlement of labour dismissal by regional committees and the central committee (Chapter III), stipulation of severance pay, gratuity and compensations (Chapter IV), as well as for some related matters.
