Résumé/Citation: Extends the application of certain articles of the Civil Code to foreign employees who temporarily work in the Netherlands. Stipulates that an employee can invoke rights from Directive 96/71/EG. Amends with regard to foreign workers the Law on the declaration regarding the binding or non-binding nature of articles of the collective labour agreements, as well as section 98 of the Code on Civil Legal Procedures.
