Abstract/Citation
Amends Decree No. 85/1998/ND-CP. Inserts a new section 10 which provides that if a foreign organization requests Vietnamese labour, it shall do so from Vietnamese labour supply institutions. If such a request is not met within 30 days, the foreign organization may recruit directly and notifiy Vietnamese labour supply institutions.
