Amends section 3 of ch. 1, which offers the possibility to solve disputes through conciliation, with the exception of disputes under: the Equal Opportunities Act, the Act respecting measures against ethnic discrimination in working life, the Act to prohibit discrimination against the disabled in working life and the Act to prohibit discrimination in working life due to sexual orientation.
