Abstract/Citation
Makes three amendments to the decree on special provisions concerning pension for relatives of military personnel. The first amendment relates to the adoption of provisions concerning registered partnership in the civil code and the civil action code. The second amendment relates to the amendments made by the Act on public servants under the employee insurances in the General Military Pensions Act. The third amendment is a temporary one and relates to the unforeseen effects of the General Relatives Act (Algemene nabestaandenwet) as from 1 January 1998.
