Specifies the circumstances in which a person may present a complaint to an industrial tribunal in respect of his service in the armed forces, notwithstanding that he or she would otherwise be precluded from making such a complaint under the Race Relations Act 1976 (which requires a person to go through the service to redress procedures before making a complaint to an industrial tribunal).
