| Résumé/Citation: | Amends provisions of the Civil Servants (Employment) Act regarding, inter alia, hours of work, rest periods, night work, leave for child care purposes and other types of leave, and special provisions concerning the appointment of teachers. Also amends, inter alia, the Wages Act (54/1956), Pension Act (340/1965), Contract Employment Act (86/1948), Provincial Teacher Act (302/1984), Agricultural and Forestry Teacher Act (296/1985), State Agriculture and Forestry Worker Act (280/1980), Judges Act (305/1961), Maternity Protection Act (221/1979), Parental Leave Act (651/1989), Social Security (Small Scale Industry) Act (560/1978), Social Security Act (189/1955), Public Servants' Sickness and Accident Insurance Act (200/1967), and the Farmers' Sickness Insurance Act (559/1978). |
