Abstract/Citation
The present decree provides for a continued free access to the labour market of foreigners who reside legally in the Netherlands. This amendment is necessary as the regulations regarding legal residence status have changed and now include certain categories of foreign "partners" or spouses who live permanently with a Dutch citizen in the Netherlands or with a foreigner who has a legal residency and work permit.
