Comprehensive legislation covering matters related to collective agreements, labour contracts, conditions of employment (hours of work, rest, wages, piece work, discipline), and liability of workers for damage caused to an enterprise. Specific subjects covered include: labour of women (Chapter 12); labour of young persons (Chap. 13); labour disputes (Chap. 15); and trade unions and workers' participation (Chap. 16). Chapter 17 provides for state social insurance.
