Abstract/Citation
The Netherlands Antilles and Aruba join herewith the minimum regulations for safety and health as established by the European Union. This follows from the decree of 4 October 1995 (Stb. 516 of the Netherlands) concerning the timeframe of entry into force of the decree of 1 September 1995, concerning amendments of the Fishing Vessel Decree in connection with the Guidelines No.93/103/EG of the Council of the European Community of 23 November 1993 (Pb.EG L 307) (Stb.456). This Publicatieblad (Pb) follows the most recent amendment to the Fishing Vessel Decree which is published in Pb. No.66 of the same date as the above.
