Second Region

Chapter V governs types and conditions of activity of enterprises with foreign participation. Section 24 provides that labour relations, conditions of work and conditions of employment shall be regulated both by collective agreements and by individual labour contracts and the activity of trade unions shall be effectuated on the basis of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Section 25 governs the enlistment of foreign workers. Social insurance and security are provided for in Section 26. Payments of foreign workers' pensions shall be credited to the respective funds of the countries of their permanent place of residence.
