Second Region

Comprises of 12 Sections and 93 articles. Section I contains general provisions. Section II regulates the financing of the General civil pension fund. Section III deals with the Foundation fund for the voluntary early retirement of civil servants and the financing thereof. Section IV concerns the Fund for the industrial disability insurance for civil servants. Section V regulates the wage deductions and Section VI the adjustment of salaries. Section VII governs the financial claims and obligations of the General civil pension fund. Section VIII lays down further provisions concerning the Fund for the industrial disability insurance for civil servants. Sections IX to XI contains amendments to the General civil pension Act, the General military pension Act and other Acts. Section XII contains transitional and final provisions.
