Abstract/Citation
The religion of Brunei shall be Islam according to the Shafeite sect, headed by the Sultan, who shall also exercise the function of executive authority. Establishes a Privy Council, a Council of Ministers, and a Legislative Council. Part IX sets forth regulations concerning public servants. S. 83 concerns legislation passed during a state of emergency.
