Second Region

Increases the subsidy available for the rental and the furnishing of homes for disabled persons. This amends the fist Rental Price Act ("Huurprijzenwet woonruimte") of 1986, in Stb.331, which was most recently amended in Stb.858, 1994-11-17 as well as the Act on the Rent Tribunal ("Wet op de huurcommissies").
