Résumé/Citation: Comprises of 11 articles. States that Parties to the agreement (the owner and the workers as a whole) shall have equal rights in the working out of the agreement. The workers are represented either by the general assembly of workers, by a trade union or by any other empowered body. The agreement shall establish, inter alia, the wage payment system, the working conditions and the specific benefit scheme. It shall not limit the workers' rights as defined by the national legislation. Available in French.
