| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1993 and the Social Welfare Act, 1994 with provisions relating to benefits for widows, widowers, deserted wives, prisoners' wives and seasonal workers. Section 2 disqualifies widowers from receiving death benefits if he and any other person are cohabitating as husband and wife. |
