Abstract/Citation
Establishes a Health Insurance Authority and regulates schemes for the equalisation of risks between health benefit undertakings. There must be a minimum range of coverage under such insurance, and uniformity of the premiums charged by each undertaking in respect of specified ranges of such coverage. Such undertakings must be entered in a newly created Register of Health Benefits Undertakings.
