Abstract/Citation
Extends the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act of 1989 and implements Council Directive 89/391/EEC on the introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the health and safety of workers at the workplace. The Regulations also implement related Directives which set down minimum requirements for health and safety in specific aspects of working activities.
