Abstract/Citation
Provides that labour disputes are disputes on matters such as the conclusion, renewal, alteration or cancellation of a collective agreement, the determination of terms of employment, the engagement or non-engagement and the termination of employment and the determination of rights and obligations arising from employer-employee relations (but does not include individual disputes). In a dispute between an employer and his employees or part of them, the parties to the dispute are the employer and the employees' organisation. Provides for rules in respect of conciliation, arbitration, collective agreement in the Public Service, Labour Relations Council and for related matters. Repeals the Industrial Courts Ordinance, 1947.
